How do you handle shipping?

Shipping prices are for delivery within the lower 48 contiguous United States.

Shipments to Alaska or Hawaii will have a $10 surcharge added. If interested in shipping to any US territories or to a non-US address, please contact us at usedgear@clairglobal.com

 All gear we ship is packaged safely, professionally, and securely.

Are taxes included?

For gear shipping to PA, NY, NJ, NM, GA, IL, TN and CA, buyers will need to pay state sales tax because CLAIR has facilities in these states.
Does Clair offer any warranty or guarantee for the gear sold?
All Clair Used Gear is checked by our technicians before it's sold. Everything is in good working shape when it is shipped to you. The Clair logo and address will be removed from all purchased gear (as long as it doesn't ruin the functionality of the gear).

We guarantee your satisfaction with a 14-day replacement policy (or your money refunded if we don't have a replacement).
