1. Customer's carrier account
We can ship using the customer's own shipping carrier account number. The customer's account is used for the customs and import portion of the shipment, and the carrier bills the customer directly for any duties, taxes, import fees and other customs-related charges. Contact us for details.

2. U.S. freight forwarder
A U.S. freight forwarder can receive the item and handle the international shipment. The customer arranges this directly with the forwarder, then sends us the forwarder's shipping information and any pickup details so we can coordinate getting the item to them.

3. Approved prepaid shipping label
The customer provides an approved prepaid shipping label. Requirements depend on the shipping warehouse, so contact us for details before purchasing a label.
